Salumeria da Albano was born many years ago from the intuition and passionate work of Erika Scrazzolo‘s father, who opened a small supermarket in Ronchis. That store has grown over time to become a reference point for the community, thanks to the genuineness of the products and the human relationship with customers.

Today, Erika has transformed the family business into a boutique of taste, renewing tradition with a modern and refined identity—without ever losing the authenticity of the past.

“This delicatessen is my world. It is the place where I grew up, where I learned to listen, to choose, to propose. I wanted to transform Dad’s supermarket into something more intimate and precious: a place where every product has a story and every customer is followed carefully.”

Today, Erika, with her collaborator, carefully selects every cured meat, cheese and delicatessen proposal, creating a selection that enhances the Friuli region and Italian excellence. And for those who want to take the flavors of charcuterie home, everything can be vacuum-packed, ready to enjoy even when traveling or on vacation.
