Prolongo’s Raw Ham is an artisanal masterpiece born in San Daniele del Friuli, a land perfectly suited for natural aging thanks to the meeting of breezes from the Carnic Alps and the Adriatic Sea.
Each ham is handcrafted, one by one, with no rush and without the use of preservatives. The production follows an ancient family tradition focused entirely on quality: the meat is carefully massaged and left to age in non-climate-controlled environments—just like in the old days.
