Zanin Salami is the result of butchering wisdom passed down through generations, crafted with artisanal techniques that respect the natural rhythm of time and aging.
Made with selected pork from farms in Friuli and Veneto, these salamis are stuffed into natural casings and hand-tied—just like in the old days. No nitrates, no tricks: only high-quality meat, salt, pepper, and time.
Aging takes place slowly inside 17th-century cellars, where cool air and stone walls naturally develop a compact, fragrant texture and a bold yet balanced flavor that wins you over at the first bite.
✅ No nitrates or chemical preservatives
