Tradition and quality

Salumeria da Albano was born many years ago from the intuition and passionate work of Erika Scrazzolo’s father, who opened a small supermarket in Ronchis. Over time, that shop grew into a point of reference for the local community, thanks to the genuineness of its products and the personal relationships built with customers.

Today, Erika has transformed the family business into a boutique of taste, renewing tradition with a modern and refined identity—without ever losing the authenticity of the past.
